Thanks to the powerful infrared heating elements, the stylish glass ceramic griddle reaches an adjustable temperature in a few minutes (higher than 300° in 3 minutes), ideal for grilling meat, fish and vegetables. Due to the extreme heat – adjustable with power regulator – and the non-stick ceramic plate, the food is browned excellently: so grill meat, fish, seafood, vegetables or a delicious steak in its own juice and still  is low-fat.
