Our products are deliverd per express courier to the shipping address specified in the order.
The position and delivery of the order can be monitored using the tracking number sent by the courier.
The courier will notify you by e-mail or telephone and will proceed with a new delivery.
Before signing the package delivery receipt, the Customer must check:
the number of packages received; that the packaging is intact in the closure, not damaged or wet, crushed, punctured or otherwise altered and that the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps or metal staples) are in order. In case of anomalies, indicate the problem in the carrier’s transport document and accept the package with reserve by adding the words “accepted with reserve, date and legible signature“. The Customer then has to inform Milan Toast by sending an e-mail to the address amministrazione@milantoast.com.
It is possible to modify or cancel the order already concluded by sending an email to the address amministrazione@milantoast.com. If the order has not be shipped yet we will proceed to modify or cancel your order according to your instructions.
The Customer can pay by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal. It is not possible to pay by check.
Our warranty covers all possible manufacturing defects. Consumers residing in the EU, in addition to the 24-months warranty, can legally benefit from the guarantee of compliance with EU standards. You will find all details in our sale conditions.

Milan Toast offers technical assistance in case your appliance fails to operate properly. In order to repair the product it is necessary to send an e-mail to the address amministrazione@milantoast.com specifying the type of assistance required.
